  EPF
European Property Federation EPF is the voice of European property in Brussels. It represents all aspects of private property ownership and investment: residential landlords, Scandinavian housing companies, property development and investment companies, shopping centres and the property interests of the institutional investors (banks, insurance companies, pension funds). EPF's main task is to ensure the real involvement of the property industry in the EU legislative process, making sure that European politicians and civil servants understand and support the property industry's goals and enact policies that help to achieve them. This is done through the Federation's Brussels Secretariat and through the coordinated participation of EPF's member associations and their members at all levels of EU decisión making, in Brussels and in the Member States.

  TEGoVA
TEGoVA (The European Group of Valuers’ Associations). TEGoVA is the European umbrella organisation of national valuers’ associations, covering 39 professional bodies from 24 countries comprising specialist consultancies, major private sector companies and government departments both local and national. Its main objectives are the creation and spreading of harmonised standards for valuation practice, for education and qualifi cation as well as for corporate governance and for ethics for valuers. It speaks with a common voice on valuation to European legislators and policy makers.
 
  ULI
The Urban Land Institute (ULI) is a nonprofit education and research institute that is supported and directed by its members. Its mission is to provide responsible leadership in the use of land in order to enhance the total environment.Established in 1936, the Institute today has some 26.000 members and associates from 80 countries representing the entire spectrum of the land use and development disciplines. They include developers, builders, property owners, investors, architects, public officials, planners, real estate brokers, appraisers, attorneys, engineers, financiers, academics, students, and librarians. ULI members contribute to higher standards of land use by sharing their knowledge and experience. The Institute organizes internacional conferences and seminars in which various aspects of urban planning and real estate are debated. As a nonpartisan organization, the Institute has long been recognized as one of America’s most respected and widely quoted sources of objective information on urban planning, growth and development.
